他们在2007年底相遇在北京。
冷冻心+电气胃+性感音就是5minS！ 5 minS是一个全新冷电子组合。由欢岛,PSD和平组成创作。

5minS is a brand new cold electronic.
5minS, founding members are Joy Island and PSD, they met at the end of 2007 in Beijing China. Liu Ping joined the band in May 2008。 

欢岛 ：主唱/词曲/键盘 古典钢琴音色与低密鼓点迷恋者
独立唱作人，自杀意象爱好者。多重身份黑白人。。高感光度+阴郁色彩影像实践者。Moment/cityweekend/moon等杂志忠实供稿人。5岁开始学习音乐。同时在indie组合双橙纪和冷电子组合5minS担任主唱和创作。无法停止撕扯歌唱和拍摄。 个展：玩偶游戏，2007平遥国际大展   Joy Island
Joy Island：Singer/Indie music maker/photographer. Insist on taking photos and making music following inspirations and instincts. Obsessed in Sucide Fables/High ISO/Trip-hop Drumbeat/Classical Piano Lead singer/Song writer of 5 MinS & 2 oranges. Starting learning music since 5 years old, cannot stop singing and screaming. Solo exhibition: Doll’s game 2007, Pingyao International Photography Exhibition. 

PSD ：低调的法国编曲/制作/键盘/贝司 他的音乐风格收到各种风格影响：摇滚，电子，研究，哥特，流行，民族音乐，古典，说唱等等.学了钢琴和吉他。
他和多个中法不同的地下乐队合作过。
他参与了文化项目包括音乐会，slam session，专辑，喜剧等等。
他跟有名的法国音乐人，制作者，艺术经理合作过。
他2005年达到了北京。

PSD ：Obscure French electronic arranger composer, keyboard player. He was Influenced by several music styles like rock, gothic, hip-hop, electronic, pop, world music, classical...Teenager, he studied piano and guitar.
He was the member of several underground music bands.
He took part in several projects in a cultural organisation as producer, composer, supervisor. Those projects was related to concept album, slam sessions, theater drama and concert first in France and lately in China.
He collaborated with french music producer, editor and musicians.
He arrived in China in 2005.

刘平:1978年11月12日生于上海市黄浦区，
95年考入艺术学院绘画系油画专业，
2000年抵京，
担任电视台动画台本导演及游戏CG原画。
同时参与地下乐队的音乐创作、录音及现场演出。
合作过的乐队包括“THE WAKER”、“杜昆与RICHMAN”、“自由即兴联盟”。目前以司鼓者的身份合作的乐队有“5MinS”、“Silent-G”、“卡西莫多”、“双橙纪”.

PING : Was born in the Huangpu district of Shanghai in 1978
He was in 1995 graduated of an art school in oil paiting.
He’s working in a television station as director of as character designer for video games. At the same time he was drummer in underground bands and participate in the process of creation sound, recording and live performances.
Has worked with the band, including "THE WAKER", "Kun Du and RICHMAN", "freedom of improvisation Union." At present, he’s drummer of several bands "5MinS", "Silent-G", "Quasimodo" and "2oranges"
